What can I expect when booking a consultation?
During your initial consultation, you’ll complete a detailed health profile and 2-day food diary before a 90-minute session focused on understanding your health story, goals, and the root causes of your symptoms. Together, we will explore your nutrition, lifestyle, and daily habits in depth. Afterward, you will receive a fully personalised plan to support and rebalance your body, with a 30-minute follow-up call to guide you through implementation.
A follow-up consultation, typically held 4–6 weeks later, provides time to review your progress, address challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. This helps refine your approach, deepen your understanding of your body, and build sustainable habits for lasting health.
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes long and fully client-led, allowing us to move at your pace while focusing on the areas most important to you. My role is to guide and support you throughout the process, helping you gain clarity and confidence as you work toward your goals.
