About Me
Nutritional Therapist, Integrative Psychological Coach & Practitioner of Homeopathy

My own health journey began while raising my young family and quietly struggling with my own health. I experienced digestive and hormonal issues, exhaustion, and the frustration of feeling like my body wasn’t working the way it should. I know how confusing and lonely it can feel when you don’t know where to turn or what’s really going on. That experience showed me how important it is to be heard, supported, and treated as a whole person — not just a set of symptoms.
I’m Humma Sharif, a Nutritional Therapist and integrative practitioner based in Glasgow, supporting people who are often juggling the demands of family, work, and everyday life while managing ongoing health challenges. I work with clients remotely, offering personalised support wherever you’re based.
In my practice, I have supported clients with a wide range of concerns, including digestive issues, autoimmune conditions such as Coeliac disease, hormonal imbalances, and skin concerns. My approach is always rooted in listening carefully and understanding how different systems in the body interact.
By combining Nutritional Therapy, Psychological Coaching, and Homeopathy, alongside insights from functional health testing, I create personalised plans designed to help you feel energised, balanced, and well.
My aim is to help you take control of your health, feel strong and supported in your body, and live your life with confidence, clarity, and joy.
